Sol Candle is a family-owned brand founded in 2023 in Simpsonville, South Carolina.

Our journey began at home, rooted in a shared love for candles and the familiar comfort certain scents can bring. What started in the family kitchen grew into a thoughtful craft — one centered on creating warm, inviting spaces through simple rituals.

Shradha began hand-pouring candles, carefully testing fragrance balance, burn quality, and materials. Diya brought her background in marketing to help shape the brand and bring that vision to life. Together, we combined creativity and intention to build Sol Candle with care.

One moment that stayed with us was during a particularly busy exam season at home. In the evenings, a lavender candle would be lit while studying or unwinding — not for any specific outcome, but simply to create a calmer, more comforting atmosphere. That small ritual became a reminder of how scent and warmth can gently shape the feeling of a space.

At Sol Candle, we focus on creating clean-burning soy candles designed to support moments of calm, balance, and everyday comfort. Each candle is thoughtfully made to feel easy to live with — whether it’s part of a quiet evening, a gift for someone special, or a small pause in a busy day.
