Return & Refund Policy – Sol Candles

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and unburned

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Due to the nature of handmade candles, we do not accept returns on used or burned items.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at solcandles0@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

If your return is approved, we will provide:

  • A return authorization

  • Return instructions

  • The return shipping address

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at solcandles0@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging, and we’ll make it right.

Candle-Specific Note:

  • Minor cosmetic variations may occur due to the handmade nature of our candles

  • Heat-related changes during transit (softened wax, frosting) are not considered defects unless the container is broken

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or burned candles

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original product (if eligible).
Once the return is approved, you may place a new order.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unburned, in original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund status.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
